As a short-term patient, you may not spend much time with us, but we will ensure you feel like family while you are here. Upon admission, you will immediately begin working with one of our wonderful social workers, who will guide you every step of the way throughout your journey and develop a discharge plan to help you transition back to your life. This discharge planning is designed to ensure that once you have achieved your rehabilitation goals with us, you can return home to a supportive and safe environment, maintaining good health.
